Arbaaz Khan says he's upset when Giorgia Andriani is called his 'girlfriend'
Arbaaz Khan has stated that certain people should stop referring to Giorgia Andriani as his "girlfriend" or "bae" because she has her own identity. Arbaaz has been dating Giorgia, an Italian actor and dancer, for several years. From 1998 to 2017, Arbaaz was married to Malaika Arora. Arbaaz Khan stated in an interview that the entire world already recognises Giorgia, therefore there is no need to continuously refer to her as his girlfriend.
He told Bollywood Bubble, "First and foremost, she should be respected as a person. It's quite sad, and I'm not going to mention those influencers who consistently write 'Arbaaz Khan's bae'. She has an identity. You can't keep calling her 'Arbaaz Khan's girlfriend' or 'Arbaaz Khan's bae'. You shouldn't be doing that. That isn't her 'claim to fame'. She just happens to be presently in my life, and fair enough, but that's not her identity.
It's similar to when you refer to me in writing as "Salman Khan's brother" or "Salim Khan's son." Why? Beyond a certain point, why would you do that? Everyone has to have their own space and sense of self. She would appreciate that.
On Wednesday, Arbaaz debuted a new season of his discussion programme, Pinch. Salman Khan was the first visitor of the season. Tiger Shroff, Farah Khan, and Ananya Panday are among the other visitors.
Arbaaz asserted that because the "whole world" already recognises her, it is needless to associate his name with her. If those doing so believe that she isn't well-known enough "individually," they should cease photographing her. He said that she doesn't feel "terrible" about it because being his girlfriend makes her feel "embarrassed," but rather because she wants to be accepted for who she is.
